Need Medical aid number urgently

I just joined, against my will at that, and I cannot get through to get my medical aid number. I need it urgently to give to my childs scool for 1 August. I sent a mail for somebody to phone me since there is no option to hold for the operator to speak to a PERSON. The mail response was "please wait three days" I don't have three days to wait. Could you please contact me NOW.
