Hi - I would like to take this oppertunity to compliment your call centre staff on customer service excellence! I had to rush my 10 year old to the emergency room on Wednesday night, after she burnt her face with cooking oil. Naturally I was very upset and added to that I had not received my medical aid card, all I had was the msg from discovery with my membership number, the hospital put me trough to your operator who was so quick in sending my med. Aid certificate -I received it in 3 min but even more surprising was that he took the time to say madam I am sorry your child is injured! What a lovely touch! On thursday moring I contacted you again and spoke to 2 young ladies once again they where very helpful and quickly helped me with answers to all my questions. AND on top of it the lady asked, how is your daughter today. It really makes a impression when people take the time to show some kindness. I wish I could remember their names so I could thank them.
