I am writing to let you know how much I appreciate the outstanding customer service that your staff provided his morning. I phone Discovery to get information on my membership. Your staff was very helpful and friendly. I cannot remember the names of the employees that help me, ut I believe you can look it up on the system. They were very knowledgeable about your call centre and seemed genuinely interested in helping me, that met my needs rather than just being a call centre operator.
Because of their efforts, I was able to find exactly what I needed and I am very satisfied with the information. I will continue to stay with Discovery in the future, as well as recommend it to others. Please let the two ladies know as well as the other employees in the call centre department, Thy efforts did not go unnoticed. You have put together a great team that makes customers feel respected and valued.
