Not sorting out an outstanding issue

Good day
I am writing on behalf of my mother, Mrs M WIlkins. She is a pensioner. She went for procedures - injections in her eyes. She phones Discovery's call centre, and then they say they will get back to her, but they don't. Every time she phones them, it is costing her loads of money - she does not have free minutes!!!
A claim of April still needs to be sorted out, as every consultant she speaks with, gives her another amount she owes?!! This is unacceptable. You need to explain to your members what they owe, and why - and the amount should be the same???!!! Not every consultant giving her a different story!!
