I recently went to torga optical in northgate in hope to get my frames fixed. As i walked into the store, I was immediately drawn to the smiles on the staffs' faces. I was approached by a lady who offered me a seat while she attempted to fix my glasses. When she was finished. she asked me how old my frame was and i said about two years. She suggested that i get a new pair. I was asked if i wanted to do an eye test right away, she also offered to call my medical aid before my eye test to make sure that I would be covered. I was pushed for time so I made an appointment for me and my husband for the following weekend. I was so pleased with the pleasant prompt service i received - id be glad to recommend anyone to you.
