I visit Torga Optical in September 2012 for new glasses. I paid them cash for it, but the next day when I wear it at work, I cant see properly with it. I took it back and they made me another pair that was also not suitable.
Make a long story short, I asked them to rather refund me for the glasses because it seems to me they cant rectify it. They refuse after a lot of emails to refund me, which I think is unacceptable.
