Bankmed does it again

I have been hospitalised as an emergency on friday - they made me pay an excess of R 500 although the scheme rules does not define the R 500 excess for emergencies. I sucked it up and paid. Now just to find out that I have an open wound that has to be cleaned until it is closed 6 weeks from now and they dont want to pay for the wound clinic. When I phoned they told me I should email pictures - surely if they can see what opp was done they should have a background of that particular procedure and the fact that that wound is open. I refused to send pictures to their general email - they gave me the email adress of a person, this person wrote to me and arrogantly advised me I "should refrain from emailing to his email" - I mean really - perhaps I should refrain from paying you - you up my money but the service is disgusting - second time this year that I am taking it to social media - otherwize no one helps you
