Poor turnaround time and poor service

I gave birth on 21/11/2012, since then Bankmed has been giving me the runaround. I have been calling and emailing them statements and receipts to pay my anaesthesist and to repay me for paying my babys paedritician. I only received the email tonight (21/02/2013) that payment has been finally made to my anaesthesist. Why so long? I am covered 100% for hospital cover. When will i be reimbursed for the paedriticians bill? why must I keep calling and emailing Bankmed to sort out these payments? Surely someone at Bankmed knows whats going on or dont they?
