Discovery didnt pay my treatment

I had an foot operation on the 12 February 2013. I was in a wheel chair for 12 weeks, they removed the cast in May, from there on I was struggling for the wound to heal, in August I went to my dr because it was now 6 months after the operation and I was suffering to walk with the wound that was not healing, my dr sent me to the wound clinic to nurse R Nel, I went every Monday and Thursday to her to do the dressing now discovery won't pay for my treatment and I am still struggling with my foot, why am I paying so much money if they don't even want to pay my treatment, and I must go again tomorrow because it is still not healing
