Terrible service Spec-savers Galleria

From the moment I got there the service was poor. I made an appointment for 1:30pm but had to wait an hour before I could see the Optometrist.

I asked them to mail me the banking details and how much the excess payment will be which they did not do so I had to drive to Galleria to pay the amount.

I asked the ladies to phone me when I can collect my glasses. Two weeks later I went there and was told that my glasses have been there a while already and that they "tried" smsing me. Don't they know how a phone call works? They had no reason not to contact me since they have all my details.

A week later I was informed that I paid more than I should have. I only paid what they told me to. I had to drive there again to sort it out. I had to fill in forms and was told that I have to wait for the medical aid to pay the rest since they still have not received payment from the medical aid and after they did I have to wait 3 weeks when it was their fault in the first place that I paid too much.

O and the reason why the medical aid haven't paid them yet is because they did not send the banking details

I'll never go back there again and won't recommend them to anyone eithe
