I consulted with Cecelia and specified what I wanted as a wedding cake. I wanted a chocolate cake with 2 layers of butter cream icing of which i only got one the other was treat caramel. I wanted white chocolate as a topping and got mazipan. Which mazipan we specifically asked NOT to be used. She also promised the design on the cake would be possible and she failed to deliver. She claims to have transported cakes to far off destinations and mine had 2 thin strips of bubble wrap. The cake was totally skew. It looked like! She is a proffesionals.
