Netcare only want your money. No service

On Thursday 18th July, my wife had to have a Upper gastro-Intestinal Endoscopy. The day out patient was booked on Monday 15th July. Arrived on Thursday 18th at 07;30am as the procedure was to be done at 10;00am. We were then informed that there we no beds avaliable. My wife asked if they could do the xray scope in the meantime, which as arranged and done. At 11;45am my wife was taken to the general wards as this is where they had a bed for her. She asked if the doctor knew where she was as it was now passed the sheduled time for the procedure. They did not know, or come back to her. Eventualy at 05:00pm I got to the hospital to find that she had still not been done. She was eventualy done at 06;00pm The doctor did not know where she was. He did not understand why she was not in the day ward. He was only contacted after 05;00pm. I have spoken to their head office Ref 27086. The hospital seems to blame me as they had emergency cases. What a cheek that I should expect any service.
They have still not to phone my wife to apologize for the bad service or to find out if she was ok or in need of further attention.
