Incompetent account department

I just received a warning letter that states I will be blacklisted for a R250 account I have settled since last April. The letter claims that I have ignored numerous call/advise to settle this account.
I am not running down this company, but I just want people to be prepared for similar experience if they patronize them. BE WARNED!
