The IBM Medical Scheme has been "twighlighted" at the end of June 2013. Mid June, the scheme recovered the final 6months of it's pro-rated MSA. Meaning if u have positive reflection after the "recovery" - THAT IS YOUR SURPLUS which would be (at some point) transferred to your new MED AID profile (Membership no). Understandably I'm told this "surplus" would be automatically transferred after 120days to ensure all claims prior to closing the scheme could be assessed and paid. NOW my issue is - I've sent claims which I've paid for and half of them *From same Envelope) were retrieved (THEY STILL INVESTIGATING HOW IT"S POSSIBLE). The Successful claims to be assessed are set to be re-reimbursed to me but NOONE can confirm PAYMENT DATE. After countless calls- I'm given the BULL that now it's placed on HOLD due to the FUND MANAGER and her cronies deciding to review an issue that doesn't involve me in the 1st place (REVIEWING the ATB benefit was the current excuse given). Along with this I've been promised feedback by 2 inhouse CRM's and that is left wanting as well. I'm told to bypass the call centre and talk to them... BUT GUESS WHAT - NO RESPONSE..JUST GIVE ME MY MONEY - IT"S MINE
