On my booking I was an individual but was aoutomatically added to a group. That violated my personal preferences I made with my travel agent - Swift Travels. I was called from the reception at my room and was told that that has since been rectified. Room service was so poor that I decided to checkout before my checkout date. to my suprise I was asked to pay cash for the pre-authorised room service I didn't go to the dining hall but was charged for that too. despite explanation I had to pay. This was so bad and I decided to find an alternative accommodation. Arrival 16 July; room 112.
