In January I went to the Chiropracter 8, 9, 14 - I paid via my M/Card as they do not submit to medical aids - I submitted all three invoices to Bankmed to be advised I didn't submit proof of payment. I had mislaid my receipts and the Chiro very kindly sent me invoices, attached their copy of my receipts to page indicating I paid via M/Card, and the chiro also signed the page indicating pay to me. Bankmed have given me endless stories about where the funds actually are, and saying paid to Chiro, then Andiswa @ Bankmed advises no its still with Bankmed on Tuesday 12.2.2013 - when they had advised they had paid to Chiro on 1.2.2013. Managers DON'T take calls and speaking to Kevin, a team leader he advised on Tuesday 12.2.2013 it will be reversed to me by Friday. I asked for a call to confirm on Friday 15.2.2013 which I didn't get. I sent another email to enquiries asking him to contact me and still nothing. What further proof do Bankmed need that I paid and to refund me? You can't get a straight answer out of anyone - very disappointed as I have never had cause to complain, however this situation is unacceptable.
