Bankmed payments not as promised

It seems like the only way that Bankmed will pay a claim is if you complain on Hellopeter.

I submitted a claim on the 17/4/2013. Part of the claim was paid the other was not and the reason given was "Fully specified account required".

I phoned the call centre on 2/5/2013 at 6pm and spoke to Brenda. She initially said that I had not submitted the full account. On checking she confirmed that she had found the details (luckily I had my email open so I could take 15mins walking her through the invoice and proving that it had been submitted). She confirmed that she will hence re-submit the R5916 and pay. I'm still waiting.

To be honest the only way to get Bankmed to pay an invoice is if you submit it multiple times or complain on hellopeter. In future I will submit once and if no response in 2 weeks, then I will complain over here.
