Please see attached as requested I need this claim to be paid up by tomorrow as your call centre agents and your claims department did not bother to inform us that the paperwork was not correct. I had to spend my money again to give discovery a call and follow and still I was told the wrong information.
I have waited for 3 weeks now and refuse to wait a day longer. Will be expecting the money into my fnb account by midday tomorrow or I will be putting the incompetence of discovery claims department and call centre department on hellopeter and the Beeld.
Kindly confirm once received and that the claim will be paid into my account by tomorrow.
I have multiple accounts with discovery and I'm starting to doubt if I'm in good hands.
