My main issue is the time taken by the claims department to give me feedback/status update on my vehicle. The gentleman handling my claim is;

Not once has he returned my phone-calls. I've had to follow up each and every time to find out the status on my vehicle and each and every time I have not been given a clear answer. Now the courtesy car I was given is due back tomorrow and I have not received a single bit of information regarding the status of my car. I've been bounced back and forth from various Claims Consultants and not only that but I have been promised updates day-in-day-out but nothing. I feel I'm going to be inconvenienced and that the car will have to go back tomorrow and I will be car-less? I was informed today that now if the panel-beaters are waiting on car parts and if they haven't fixed car within the 28 days then the car will be at my cost. Firstly its terrible how long it took for the claims department to get feedback from the investigator that saw me at least 3 weeks ago. I had to follow up on that and speak to the investigator to get this sorted. Now as predicted I just sit and wait!
Very disappointed and unhappy!!!
