I called in twice regarding my benefits, and was told that if I claim for my consultation at doc Fedhealth will pay same as it forms part of my benefit. I spoke to two different call centre agents and both advised I just have to send in my invoice and I can rest assured as it will be paid. I did this and now Fedhealth has decided that it's not part of my benefits. I requested the recordings as I specifically phoned in to make sure I am allowed to claim, but I am still waiting for that too. Is this how they cover their tracks, by losing the recordings of their phone calls, so that they don't have to pay as their representatives advised they would.
