After making2 calls to your call centre yesterday my query is still not resolved. I made the first call for the following 2 reasons: i required a copy of my medical aid tax certificate - during this call (12h10 - 12h20) i was told i will receive it immediately.By 14h00 i had still not received my tax certificate and had to call again. The second reason for my call is because when i tried getting my daughter's chronic meds dispensed since Friday, it could not be processed as "my membership was not active at the time of claim". I was promised a call back before 1pm with my first call - i had to call back at 2pm. With the second call i was promised another call back with resolution - it is now one day later and still no call back, but even worse, tomorrow it will be a week that my daughter is without chronic meds. It's sad how one makes the effort to pay monthly premiums and makes all the effort to ensure that you have proper medical, and when Discovery has a "billing" problem on their side, immediately my membership is revoked and my family's needs are secondary. Really pathetic service for an organization that claims to be a reputable one
