After contacting Discovery on the 6th June 2013 and speaking to Mohammed Hussein at 0126764054, as well as various other occasions, but not getting feedback on whether I could backdate a downgrade and what the implications will be, seeing that my husband was retrenched, and having to hear that Discovery is not an NPO, I decided to send my complaint to the Commission on Medical Aids this morning and also to tell everyone that Dicovery is all about the money. For the time that I have been trying to get hold of Mohammed Hussein and trying to get feedback, they are still expecting me to pay my full premium, even though my medical aid has been suspended for the last two months. Why should I pay if I am not getting the service which I apparently pay for. When trying to get hold of another manager, you get blocked by all these little minnions working in the call centre. For heavens sake could someone from management please phone me inorder to try and resolve my original query.
