So I work for a Dr and I had to call into the medical aid. The first time I phoned in I had to hold on 25 min I had to hang up the phone because of the other phone ringing. The second time I phoned in the same story "your call is important to us "and "we are experiencing high call volumes " and I waited 45 min before a consultant picked up the phone and she wasn't friendly at all she was grumpy REALLY??? Its Monday but no reason for being rude to a customer.
