Discovery and Woolworths have a partnership whereby Discovery members who have Vitality membership can purchase healthy foods from Woolworths which are marked and obtain 25% discount for it.
Being a Diamond Vitality member at Discover I applied for this service and started buying my monthly groceries from Woolworths. I followed the process as per their instructions. After 2 months I noticed that Discovery has not refunded me with any funds (25% discount) as per their agreement.
I complained about this issue 2 months ago and requested for a refund as per the advertising on website and many other places. I provided all the necessary grocery bills as proof. I have notified them about the issue 6 more times after the original complaint. They always inform me that they busy working on it etc. Has been 2 months and nothing has been done about it.
I see this as false advertising between these two companies as what is promised is not what is delivered. I wonder how many more people have fallen for this trap or are aware that they never get refunded.
