My mothers wheelchair was given in for a quotation with the intention to repair early November 2012.
We battle to get the quote from this company.
Late November/beginning of December we received the quotation but because of the Festive Season I contacted the Presta Office during January, I spoke to Verna and told her what we want to be repaired from the quotation.
Since then I have not yet received any communication from them.
I also called their boss/owner with the name of Craig and he promised to find out what happened to the wheelchair, up to date I have not heard a word.
The service/feedback/response are very poor.
I want my wheelchair back ASAP!
