Appalling Service

On the 4th September, 2012 I applied for a wheelchair for my mother of 99. Mr. Wheelchair informed me of what documentation was required, letter of motivation etc. Mr. Wheelchair duly submitted ALL necessary documentation & were assured that claim would be processed. Needless to say Mr. Wheelchair has consequently sent numerous invoices, I personally also resubmitted doctor's letter of motivation & spoke to several members of staff at Resolution who also assured me that claim was successful. In desperation I paid Mr. Wheelchair, R2992.25 in November 2012, as a pensioner myself I do not have R3000.00 spare cash hanging around. Do you have any idea how difficult it is for a very old woman, and who is legally blind to manage without a wheelchair? Well I do & it it is way beyond difficult. This is shocking service & you should be absolutely ashamed of your service or rather lack thereof.
