Just plain bad service

I applied for membership with Resolution Health Med Aid Scheme in Feb 2012. It was advised by the consultant that the 'split option' on the Progressive Flex Option would be the best way for my family and I to go. I agreed to this and my husband and youngest son was on the one 'split option' and myself and my older son on the other 'split option' starting from 1 march 2012.
According to Resolution Health, because I did not disclose that my youngest son had 'H66.09 Otits Media & J06 Upper Respiratory Tract Infection on 17 March 2011 & 17 April 2011 and was treated with antibiotics' their information was not disclosed and therefore their membership was cancelled. This is after I tried to get aurthorization to have have son's tonsils removed in Jun 2012. This is stated in their letter to me dated 9 July 2012. The membership was cancelled as from 1 July 2012.
Now currently my oldest son and I are still with Resolution Health. I had to have some dental work done in Feb 2013. I received authorization for the quote I submitted. Now I have been told that a section of that quote won't be paid as my option doesn't cover it. This is after I received "authorization" for that quote. Please explain
