I am posting this complaint on behalf of my pregnant sister. I have provided her cellphone number in the contact details. I had my bloods taken by Lancet at St. Augustine's Hospital in Durban during May. I wanted to pay cash but a hospital staff member told me my Medical Aid would cover it even though I knew it wouldn't. I then received a call the following day from Gauteng requesting payment as they cant keep bloods for more than 2days. I then made an EFT immediately. I have since received my results meaning payment was received. I have received numerous calls demanding this money. I also faxed and e-mailed proof of payment. I have now received a sms demanding payment and threatening to hand me over to lawyers. How pathetic is this? My sister is pregnant and she is being harassed. This is purely because of incompetent people! Please rectify this immediately and stop the calls and threats!
