I took my 4month old baby girl to have a full blood count and infection count test as requested by the paediatrician.

The staff subjected her to methods that could have been used for mediecal torture to draw blood which was not successful. I lodged a complaint with the company and all i got back was, we are sorry but the method tried was not successful. They bruised my daughter's hands. she now has post traumatic stress. She wakes up screaming at night.
