Cannot get a feed back to apply for medical aid

I did call discovery health center for a quote, but also asking them to assist me with the medical aid plans they have got and to please send a consultant for more information and to explain the plans to me so i would know which one to choose but up till now i had no feed back from anyone, how disappointing for such a big company, gosh it makes such so angry!!!
