Still no card 5 months late

I enquired about my medical aid card and requested it to be couriered to me on the 22nd of February 2013 and made several follow ups, but to date have not received my medical aid card. When I phone the client serivces contact centre in March, they couldn't tell me if my request had been actioned or not, but advised they will re-order. i asked them if I could collect my card somewhere because clearly it was not forthcoming, they said they will order the card and could not advise me when the card would arrive nor could they call me back to tell me the card had been dispatched, I must just wait. I have been waiting for three months and still nothing. I had asked the card to be couriered to my work address, Standard Bank Centre, Simmonds Street Johhannesburg. I don't want to call the client service centre anymore because in all the times I have called, they have been very useless and unhelpful.
