I have been a hosmed member for almost 5 months now and i must say that i am not impressed with their services.
i have been calling their call centre to find out as to when i will received my medical aid card, as to date i still haven't got th card and when ever i want to purchase meds i have to use cash because i do not the medical aid card. on 27/06 /2013 i spoke to a rude lady by the name of Valencia REF: 75546734 and she could not even tell me if hosmed has a branch in pretoria. Its really unacceptable to be treated like you do not even pay the medical aid.
hosmed staff need people skills training and listening skills. I WANT MY MEDICAL CARD TO BE DELIVERED
to my office ASAP.
