Not received new health card in 2 months

I was informed via sms that my new health card was being sent to me, that was already in end of June.. I emailed Zurreal and was told my card was couriered to me on the 03/07/2013 and to date havent even received my card, I have emailed and then they tell me that my card was sent to somebody else (Felicia Gounden), I asked for her contact details to hear about my card and NO REPLY to where my card is or anything, I emailed yesterday again and didnt even get feed back in regards to my card, only told it was handled to the team leader, emailed again this morning, so lets see if Im lucky to get a reply to day..

Have never had bad service from anybody!!! Really pathetic, going to cancel my card as soon as I receive it..
