I have registered with your maternity programme and according to the plan (HOSPITAL PLAN) I am entitled to 12 ante-natal consultations, classes and pre-natal vitamins.
Firstly: with the pre-natal vitamins I had tried thrice in vain to obtain this from one of your preferred providers - CLICKS. I was told that I needed a prescription from my doctor as this is classed as acute medication which I don't understand as this can be bought straight off the shelf! Secondly: I am entitled to 12 ante-natal consultations with a gynaecologist and this should be paid from the maternity benefit but when the doctor tried to put this through, it was declined. I have spoken numerous times with one or the other of your consultants and they have assured me that this should be no problem. This is proving to be a problem.
I have been having nonstop problems with TOPMED's service and in the meanwhile, am paying out of my own pocket for something THAT I AM ALREADY PAYING FOR - YOUR PREMIUMS EACH MONTH!!
I am disappointed and in a time when I shouldn't have to worry about such trivial things as I believe that this should have been sorted. BAD BAD SERVICE!!
