I subscribed to Prokard in 2012 and 2013. In 2012 the card was delivered late and in 2013 it still has not been delivered since January. I have never been able to actually use it or claim benefits because of this.
Their service is shocking even though you have to pay up front for the service and card. Don't even bother.
