In response to the complaint about marketing strategy i would just like to add my comments. my son was also at fourways life and needed a rehab facility. we were only told about Riverfield lodge and were extremely grateful to be contacted by Teria Olivier from Care at Midstream as we were desperately looking for other options. in our sitaution of extreme trauma we were limited for time and effort to go and search out options that it helped tremendously to have another option at our fingertips. When you are in hospital and need to find a facility it is extremely helpful to have all the options presented at the hospital and also to have the agents come and see you.
further to this we would just like to express our deepest gratitude to Tertia from Care at Midstream, who went to incredible trouble to assit us in choosing a rehab facility. she was also incredibly ethical in informing us about other facilities so that we could make an informed decision. during my son's stay there she was always available and kept us constantly updated and helped with any queries we had. on leaving she again went to incredible trouble and effort to facilitate all the arrangements.thank you Tertia
