Prokard deducted money without permission

I took up membership with Prokard in 2010, it expired a year later. When it expired a received a call from their call centre encouring me to renew. I refused on the basis that i was not in a good financial position to sign up. They agreed. A few days later I received a silver card and the previoes card I had was a gold one. I enquired with them and investigated through my bank and realized that there was insufficient funds in my account for a gold card so they took what was there and downgraded me to a silver. I called several times, they undertook to sort out and refund me but to no avail. In 2011, i received another call to ask me to renew, the same situation happenned. I said i could not renew because they took my money without my permission. They took it again. This year, the similar thing happened. I told them I don't want this membership and took my money without my permission again.
