Guys I submitted the registration of my baby born on 21/09/2012 to Luyanda Mngadi on 18/10/2012, Reference Number 161357077. I did not know that this person did not process my documents sent and left the employ of Momentum which i found out in Feb 2013. According Larise Stewart the claim for Pratice Relief was declined due to late registration of baby (Reference Number 178038839). How can i be penalised for your incompetent staffs mishap? I have all emails and correspondence which i can email to you as proof. The reason for my baby being registered in February was because of your employee not processing the documentation. Also my wife was in hospital and her name is on the bill which should suffice to pay the bill?
