I've sumitted my claim in May to CareCross for reimbursement for a emergancy as my gp wasn't available. I called the call centre to find out if evertthing is correct and I was told the claim is in order and I need to follow up after a week see see if I'll get I will reimbursement.
I then received a mail saying the claim is invalid hence a already called the call centre and was told everything is there. I called to call centre again f more info.
On the 11june I resubmitted my claim to [Email Removed] as Briony told I need to forward the outstanding to that e-mail addrss. Yesday I called again only to find out Brionly provided me with the wrong e-mail adress and I should re-sent the claim to [Email Removed] and [Email Removed]
I would like assistance from hello peter on this
