I would just like to commend the pharmacist on duty last night at approximately 6pm (I think her name is Marion) for her outstanding attitude and willingness to help. It feels like a very long time ago that pharmacists acted as more than mechanical hands transferring medicine off a shelf into the hands of a customer.
She was exceptionally diligent and helpful, and not just to me. As I was waiting in the queue, she took the time and effort to clearly explain the use of an inhaler to another customer, and then proceded to give me very helpful advise when she was done. All this was done with a brilliantly-friendly attitude that left me feeling postiive that at least some places provide great service in this country.
I hope that she gets this message and that she knows her attitude and assistance is greatly appreciated.
