I've had my car insurance with MiWay for 3 years now and within that time I have submitted 1 claim. At the time the claim was handled efficiently by MiWay staff and my car was repaired well and fairly quickly. In addition MiWay spent 2 years recovering money that was owed to me by the other driver and I was quite impressed - they called me every couple of months to keep me updated of their progress.
Today I called to enquire about a specific insurance product and I quite enjoyed talking to the customer service consultant. She was very helpful, knowledgeable and she answered all my questions. She had a great attitude and while we were waiting for the system to update we chatted about general info and I felt quite relaxed speaking to her.
I usually don't like speaking to service providers - as long as they're providing the service I need I'm quite happy not to call them for anything. A lot of times service providers have long waiting times if you call and they are just a mission to deal with for one reason or another. MiWay's different - I always come away feeling like I'm in good hands everytime I speak to them and it's greatly appreciated!
