This is NOT what I asked to be done.
This is NOT what the issue is.
There is NO ATTACHMENT to your email to me.
I have paid cash for my visits to Healthworx and am NOT CLAIMING it from Discovery. I did not asked to be reimbursed for what I paid to the service provider.
I am preventing Healthworx's claim for services to go through Discovery as I already paid cash for it. You are depleting my funds and I submitted NO CLAIM for reimbursement.

Is there no one that can actually READ my e-mails, it really is not difficult. Your service is just getting worse and worse!!!
