This past Sunday I went to Dischem Kollonade to buy insulin needles for my son.
I was told to ask the pharmacist for it.
NEVER in my life have I been treated in such a disrespectful and totally unacceptable way!!!
She was not only disrespectful, but started to "interrogate" me on why I want to buy the needles???!!!
I do NOT have to explain ANYTHING to a pharmacist, whether it is buying medication or needles.
They are NOT doctor's and Dischem Kollonade's Pharmacists better start realising this and start TREATING CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT!!!
I am absolutely furious at the attitude I received from the pharmacists there and I demand a written apology, signed by all the pharmacists who were on duty on Sunday - as they all had the same stinking attitude and were just as rude and disrespectful!!!
