How many times are we going to have this problem

Once again we have the same problem with Dr Naude that must be paid out of the PMB as indicated when i sent in the claim with reference number as discussed now again non payment because you want a reference for a specialist

I dont need a ref no because its in the prescribed minimum benefits and authorised in febr already

Why is every claim a problem? Speak to my wife she has authorisation for all info and queries on your system
