GOod day i have sent numerous emails thru to member@momentum and i am still awaiting a respond our medical aid has been term because of non payment, this is because the banking details has been changed i call in to change this with you about five times, in the time i was admitted into hoxpital now because of the claims you dont want to reinstate the policy? I am pregnant and cant not be without medical aid we have made the full payment thru, even if you guys decide to up the premuim it will be understandable but not cancel and leave us hanging. I requrst that this is review accordly and the policy reinstated!
