Different consultants give different email details

I have two RAs will quote one DS931931 which i was going to change to different funds. After I made a call to Momentum and was made aware that fees and penalties would amount to more than R30 000 i immediately told the consultant I want to reinstate to old funds. This has been going on for more than three months with no feedback I got sms to confirm funds paid to new RA i called again as it had to be reinstated after I spoke again to Antoinette Mohammed on 4th Oct who quoted less fees but promised to follow up with all details and call. Needless to say I had no calls just more emails from different people all the time requesting a fund selection and I reply NO FUND selection it had to be reinstated. New mail new person your fund selection not valid. This has been the most frustrating issue to try sort out and do I really have to take another morning of work to call and explain my whole situation to another person? Why do they not have a clients complaints department? My last email had fees and penalties close to R50 000!! I would like a person with the right attitude towards clients that can action and give feedback to please please call me. I don't want to change but reinstate!!
