Sent out a claim to discovery and not yet paid

Hi,

i am verrrrrry upset if not mad with Discovery Health. On 24th and 28th July 2013 i sent them the refund documents and recieved this reference number: 2946583668.. No one has processed them according to Caroline Chetty when i called to find out why i havent been paid. She reasured me that she will speed up the process. On the same day, i recieved an sms that says my documents are unclear and they need me to re-submitt for the 3rd time. i called in and gave this reference number and the lady at discovery said she could read the invoices and did not understand why they have not paid. she gave me her reference number : 2952436325.

i am very upset and know for sure that discovery health is good for nothing but only good at charging people high premiums which also dont always cover you because you will be told of a self payment gap. i am highly dissapointed and utterly disgusted in the manner they treat their clients.

i wish they can go under since they dont deserve business from me.

i would like my claim to be paid as promised.
