2 Hour check in with unhelpful receptionist

On the 14 June 2012, I arrived at blue waters hotel to check as per our pre booked accommodation, Refilwe was supposed to assist but was unwilling to do so. she advised that she could not find 1 of our booking for three rooms. and that the system that is used at the hotel does not allow for her to check for a customer booking, I have to supply my own internet and cpu to go online and send her a conformation booking or she will not help us. AFter two hours of trying to negotiate with her to get a minimum level of service from the face of the company that has been placed to assist. The only response we got was that the Hotel is fully booked and she can't assist. The issue is eventually tracked down to the booking been made manually by a member of the hotel when the system was offline. The system was never updated when it came back online. Even after all this a simple apology for the error on the system was not received from her. her words "ITS NOT MY FAULT", this left me wondering IF i had to update the system and IT WAS MY FAULT as the customer.
The one person who turned the all whole issue around was Tino and we would like to thank him for a world class service.
