"o The rates are excessive for what the resort has to offer in comparison to other resorts in the berg and eastern free area. I am willing to pay R800 per night which should more than cover the variable costs incurred.
o My bicycle was off the porch of the chalet at approximately 21h30 of 26/12 whilst we were still awake and active in the chalet. It is evident that there is no access control to the resort and inadequate security. As I bought the bike already second -hand for R2200, I claim this amount in damages due to negligence. Having no security in today's RSA environment is unacceptable.
o The chalet roof leaked in two places when it rained.
o The restaurant pricing and offering is inappropriate for a family resort, offering only set menus at exorbitant prices i.e. R140p.p. for dinner??? This fact is not mentioned on the website."
