They have got such a misleading website, according to them they've got "luxury" chalets. During our stay we had to move from one chalet to another as there were no hot water in the first chalet and the whole bathroom was under water. The kettle and dustbin were broken. The second chalet had no cold water and we had to use a jug to fill the bath with cold water. And the fridge door never closed properly, also a broken dustbin and kettle. Both times waited and hour for someone to come and help us. I have sent them an email saying how dissapointed we are and to this day had no response. Its been a month. We also had to book a min of 3 nights and they told us we were so lucky to get the last available chalet yet the place was almost empty. We were ready to leave the same day.
On their website states interaction with lions cubs, we had to pay R60 for 2 adults and a baby to look at 2 adult lions through a fence!! That is not interaction! I would definitely tell all friends and family never to book a holiday with them as it is disgusting how misleading they are and very poor service if they cannot even respond to a customer complaint!!
